$720,000 New Awards at the 2019 Jerusalem Sam Spiegel International Film Lab

$720,000 new awards for the JSFL from the US film industry are being announced; $550,000 is being given by the DCR Finance Corp, a New York and LA-based media finance firm formed by Academy Award winning producer Mark Damon, acclaimed film producer Jordi Rediu and NY financier Adi Cohen. An additional $50,000 is from Los Angeles based New Mandate Films, owned by Matti Leshem, which develops both film and television projects dealing with Jewish and Israeli topics.

These new prizes will be awarded during the 2019 JSFL closing events, July 4-8 in Jerusalem in two platforms; the pitched projects and work-in progress (WiP). These are in addition to the $120,000 in existing prizes from the Beracha Foundation, ARP Selection France and the Sam Spiegel Estate.
